I’m Kim, I’m an Aussie dietitian and hectic mom to 3 kids. I created Eatly in 2016 after moving to California USA.
There a lot of buzz around food and nutrition these days.
I wanted Eatly to become a space to learn more about nutrition amidst chaotic (sometimes imperfect) family life. Get inspired by cooking tips and hacks — because who doesn’t love a good cooking hack! Build positive relationships around food and nutrition.
What we do
Every week, I publish 1 – 2 articles including hacks, tips, and other food-related musings all about managing nutrition around busy family life.
I go by the motto ‘balance is key’ so take a pretty down-to-earth approach to it all. At the heart of it, our relationships with food what matters.
